Refund policy

We want you to love every piece in your home. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email us at monte@elegantsi.com with your order number. Please reach out before sending anything back so we can arrange it properly.

Restocking fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to returned furniture, art, mirrors, rugs, and lighting.

The customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged or defective items

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, there's no restocking fee and no cost to you. Report it within 48 hours of delivery at monte@elegantsi.com, with photos and a note on the delivery receipt. We'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

Final sale

Items marked as sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund — less any restocking fee and original shipping — is issued to your original payment method.
