Each product page honors the "why" behind its creation with a specific lead time. While we strive for precision, the soul of handmade furniture occasionally requires a shift in schedule. We will keep you informed as your piece nears its debut. Once it is ready, a shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent to your inbox.
Delivery Methods: Welcoming Your Pieces Home
Small Parcels & Decor (The Essentials)
Vases, textiles, and candles—the small details that provide clarity—ship directly from our Mimi + Brooks Fulfillment Center. These arrive at your doorstep, no signature required.
Smaller Furnishings (Entryway Delivery)
Lighting, side tables, and nightstands are delivered to the first dry area of your home (like an entryway). While assembly is up to you, the designer-verified quality is evident from the moment they arrive.
Larger Furnishings (White Glove Stewardship)
Sofas, beds, and dining tables deserve the Designer's Standard of care. Our White Glove service includes in-home placement, light assembly, and the removal of all packaging. A local delivery team will call to schedule a sacred window for delivery; please ensure a steward is home to sign for the piece.
Note: Missed appointments incur a $250 redelivery fee to honor the logistics team's time.
Return & Exchange Policy
Grace and Intentionality
We want you to have a home you are proud of—one that holds everything you need and nothing more. If a piece does not serve its purpose or bring peace to your space, we are here to help.
The Standard Return: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be in their original, pristine condition.
Holiday Grace Period: Orders placed between Nov 20 – Dec 24 qualify for an extended 30-day return window. We believe in second chances during the season of giving.
Final Sale: Items from our curated Sale section are final. These pieces have found their permanent home and are not eligible for take-backs or exchanges.
Shipping Protection: We highly recommend our optional Shipping Protection. Think of it as a safety net for your treasures, ensuring a smooth resolution should any mishap occur during transit.
Care Instructions for Furniture
Because we curate long-lasting, often handmade pieces through Elegant Simplicity's keen eye, they require intentional stewardship to age beautifully.
Wood & Natural Finishes: Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid secular cleaning chemicals that strip the soul and finish of the wood. Use coasters to protect against the elements.
Upholstery: Treat spills immediately with a clean, damp cloth. We recommend professional cleaning bi-annually to maintain the integrity of the fabric.
Metal & Stone: Clean with mild soap and water only. These natural materials develop a patina over time—embrace this as part of the piece's history in your home.

Pre-Order Items: These pieces are still being crafted by our makers. They are worth the wait, and we will update you if their estimated ship dates shift.
Promotional Timeframes: Our rare promotional events are intentional and time-bound. Discounts cannot be applied to orders placed outside of the designated window.
